Ginger_Ginger – 01-inch piece (finely chopped),
Coriander leaves_Coriander leaves – 01 tsp (finely chopped),
Oil_Oil – as needed,

Method of Making Rava Uttapam : How to Make Rava Uttapam in Hindi
To make Rava uttapam, first, add Rava/semolina and curd (it is better if it is sour curd) in a bowl. Now add a little water and salt and then mix well. Then cover the mixture and keep it for 30 minutes. Now peel and finely chop the onion and at the same time wash and finely chop the tomato, carrot, green chilli and coriander leaves and grated ginger. Now add all the chopped ingredients to the Rava mixture and run well once. Then place a nonstick frying pan on the gas and heat it. When the frying pan is hot, sim the heat of the gas and now pour a teaspoon of oil on the tawa and spread it on the whole Tawa with a spoon. Note that this oil is only so that the Rava mixture does not stick to the Tawa. Now take a tablespoon of Rava mixture and put it on the Tawa and spread it thinly all over the Tawa with the help of a spoon. Now take a teaspoon of oil and put it on the frying pan around uttapam. In the meantime, when the bottom layer of uttapam turns golden, turn the best over and bake the other side in the same way. Now remove it on a serving plate and serve with tomato sauce or desired chutney.
