Patna: Retired IAS officer and former Steel Minister and former Rajya Sabha MP RCP Singh, who was once considered to be the master of Bihar politics, has bid farewell to his cabinet on July 6, his birthday. As per rules, his term ends on July 7. He earlier resigned from the cabinet of the central government. Born on July 6, 1958, RCP Singh's birthday was also today.
