Realme XT and Redmi Note 8 Pro are the two phones that are likely to be one of the first to come with a 64MP quad-camera in the Indian market. Both the companies have confirmed the launch of the smartphone, but the date of their launch is not yet known. Where realme XT will be launched in India before Diwali, it is confirmed. On the other hand, redmi Note 8 Pro will be in India in about 8 weeks. This was confirmed by Xiaomi's India Chief Manu Kumar Jain.

Redmi Note 8 Pro has been launched in China. Realme has reviewed the specifications of Realme XT in India. Realme India CEO Madhav Seth has started to tees up with the launch of Realme XT in India. He has hinted that the phone could arrive in India by the beginning of October or the end of September. On the other hand, the Redmi Note 8 Pro will not be launched in India before the end of October.
The mid-range smartphone is going to be a bit premium compared to Realme X. The company will launch the XT as the new series in India. In terms of design, the Realme XT will be given the glass and metal sandwich design with the DewDrop display. The Gorilla Glass 5 at its rear is given protection. The phone will be available in Pier Blue and Pier White Colors. The Realme XT features a 6.4-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED display. The Realme X will come with a small notch with a Dewdrop display. The smartphone will feature the Snapdragon 712 chipset. It will be similar to realme Pro 5. It contains 4GB/4GB. 6GB/8GB RAM will be available in the option. Realme XT to 64GB/s It will be offered with 128GB of internal storage. It will have the option to increase storage to 256GB via a microSD card. The Realme XT features a 64MP quad-camera setup. Both Realme and Redmi will come with Samsung's 64MP GW1 sensor. At the same time, the handset will be equipped with 8MP wide-angle lenses, 2MP macro lenses, and 2MP-depth sensor. Its main camera will support EIS. It will be equipped with a 16MP Sony IMX471 sensor. The smartphone will be powered by a 4000mAh battery with 20W VOOC 3.0 fast charging support. Realme XT Rs 20,000 is expected to come in the price segment.
