Rice - 4 teaspoons
Sugar - 5 teaspoons
Khoya - 1/4 cup
Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp
Saffron - 1 teaspoon
Pistachios - 1/4 cup (chopped)
Almond - 1/4 cups (chopped)
Rose water - 2 teaspoons

Method of preparation: First of all wash the rice thoroughly and then soak it for 1 hour. Then grind it and make a paste. Now put a large pan on the gas and keep the milk to boil. When the milk gets slightly hot, take a little milk in a bowl and add saffron. Now add almonds, pistachios and cardamom powder to it.

When the milk comes to a boil, add the powdered rice to it and let it go Stay So that it does not become gilt. After cooking for 8-10 minutes, it will start to thicken a little. Then add khoya and saffron milk to it and mix it. After that, keep running for 5 minutes. After that add sugar and rose water and cook for a while. And our Phirni is almost ready. Take it out in a serving bowl. Garnish it with a little dry fruit. Our tasty Phirni is ready. Eat it hot and feed it.
