Leftover potato peels
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp Red chilli powder
1 tbsp Pepper
1 tbsp Peri-peri spice
1 tbsp Oregano
Salt according to taste
How to Make Potato Skin Chips
1. Collect and clean the potato skin, then drizzle them with some olive oil and bake in the oven till they turn crispy and golden brown.
2. In a bowl, add salt, red chilli powder, pepper, oregano, peri-peri seasoning and combine to make the spice mix.
3. Once done, toss your baked potato skins in it.
