Dal Makhani is a very tasty and wonderful dal. As much as the butter and butter pours into the dal makhni, its taste becomes as great. You can make it at home also. According to the method given below, good dal can also be made from restaurants in a very short time.

necessary ingredients :

500 gm Black Whole Urad
50 gm beans
1/4 tsp food soda
3 tomatoes
3-4 Green Chillies
1 piece ginger
3-4 tsp butter
2 tsp ghee
1-2 pieces Asafoetida
1-2 tsp cumin seeds
1/4 tsp fenugreek
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 tsp red chilli powder
1/4 tsp garam masala
Salt to taste

recipe:

First of all, on the day you have to make dal makhni, soak the rajma and urad in water one night before. The next day when you have to make dal makhni, wash the soaked rajma urad thoroughly with clean water. Now if you want to put it in the cooker, then you can add a little salt in it, add water as per the requirement and keep the cooker on the gas. When the city arrives, after leaving the pressure, open the cooker and see if the Urad Rajma is cooked well or not to see if they have become soft and give a slight crush. After doing this, take a kadhai and add oil to it, add cumin seeds when it becomes hot, add onion in it and fry it when it becomes light golden in color then add ginger garlic, green chillies etc. in it.

When roasted add turmeric, coriander, salt, garam masala and roast it. Now mix all the spices well and add tomatoes to it, roast till the tomatoes melt. When the tomatoes dissolve and the mixture is well roasted then add boiled urad and rajma. Now add some water to this mixture and cook. When slightly cooked, add butter or cream and mix well. After leaving for some time, turn off the gas. Your hot Garam Dal Makhani is ready.
