Potato Pea Tikki Breakfast-

Material-
Potatoes = eight to ten medium sizes
Peas = two bowls
Ginger = one inch piece, grate
Garlic = five cloves, finely chopped
Green chilli = three finely chopped
Onion = chop a medium size
Red chilli powder = 1/2 tsp
Amchur powder = 1 tsp
Chaat Masala = 1 tsp
Garam Masala = 1/2 tsp
Black salt = small 1/2 tsp
Salt = by taste
Coriander = a cart
Refined Oil = As Needed


To make chutney
Green chilies = four
Garlic = Five buds
Coriander leaves = take half of the cart
Tomato = two medium size
Cumin = 1/2 tsp
Salt = according to taste

Method -Wash the potatoes first. Now wash the potatoes thoroughly and put them in the cooker and add a glass of water, then place a bowl of peas on top of the potato and let three whistles come into the cooker. In fact, doing so does not even fill the peas with water and it melts easily. Till then grind the chutney, cut the green chillies and green coriander to grind the chutney and add it to the mixer jar. Also add garlic, tomato, cumin seeds and salt and grind finely. On the other hand, when three whistles come, turn off the gas and remove the peas from the cooker. Now peel and grate the potatoes when they are slightly cooled or mash with potato measure. Then add peas, ginger, garlic, green chillies, onions, red chilli powder, garam masala, chaat masala, amchur powder and salt and mix well. Now put the non stick pan on the gas to heat it. Now our mixture is ready to make breakfast. Then add two teaspoons of refined oil to the pan, then make the potato pea mixture in a triangle shape in a heart shape or kebab shape and place it on the pan. You can also make them in tiffin or make them at home at breakfast in the morning.
