Semolina - 2 cups, ghee-10 tbsps, sugar granulated - 2 cups, cashews - 5 tbsps, raisins - 2 tbsps, small cardamom - 8-10 grams
1- To make semolina laddus, first pour a spoonful of ghee in a pan and heat it. Now add semolina and fry until golden.
2- Remove the semolina in a plate now. Now add one spoon of ghee to the pan, add 5 cashews and two spoon raisins and fry until golden.
3- Now add cashews and raisins in semolina and grind them. Now add 2 cups of sugar and 8-10 cardamom seeds in this mixture and grind it.
4- Now add this mixture to a vessel and heated it in 3 spoons of ghee. Now, take this mixture slightly in your hands and shape the round goal .
5- Make all the laddus in the same way. Take your delicious semolina laddoos ready. Now put Bappa in the plates and enjoy it.
