Red alert for rain in 15 districts of Bihar, schools closed for two days

Patna: Heavy rain alert has been issued in Bihar within the next 24 hours. The meteorological department has issued red alert in 15 districts and orange alert in 10 districts of the state. In view of the alert, a holiday has been declared in these districts for two days in schools and Anganwadi centers. At the same time, many trains going to Bihar have to be canceled, then the route has been changed.

In addition, the NDRF and the army are engaged in relief work. Bihar CM Nitish Kumar himself is monitoring the flood situation in the state. The worst condition is in Bihar's capital Patna, where roads canals and hospital ponds are built. The river Ganges is flowing continuously, due to which not only Bihar but many districts of UP have also been flooded. So far more than 35 people have died due to flood-related accidents due to floods in the entire UP, while the swollen Shivni river water has entered the hometown of the famous Pashupatinath temple in Mandsaur, Madhya Pradesh.

Due to excessive rains and floods in Madhya Pradesh, farming and life and property have been damaged on a large scale. The crops of many fields have been completely destroyed in the water. Politics has also intensified due to the anniversary of the farmers. While former CM Shivraj Singh Chauhan is protesting everywhere - CM Kamal Nath has assured farmers of all possible help.
