Ingrediets to make lamb shanks:

900g pkt cooked lamb shanks with red wine sauce

350g pkt cheddar mash

Gremolata

1/3 cup finely chopped flat-leaf parsley

2 tbsp chopped pistachios

1 garlic clove, finely chopped

2 tsp orange zest

Steps to make lamb shanks:

Step 1

Cook the lamb and heat the mashed potato following packet directions.

Step 2

To make the gremolata, combine the parsley, pistachio, garlic and orange zest in a small bowl. Season.

Step 3

Divide the mashed potato and lamb among serving plates. Sprinkle with the gremolata to serve.
