Regina Cassandra, who was last seen in Silukuvarpatti Singam and Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga, is currently busy with a handful of films in Tamil and Telugu. For the past couple of weeks, her relationship status has been the talk of the town. For a while now, hearsay in T-town had it, that Regina and Sai Dharam Tej are seeing each other. But, Regina doesn’t seem to be perturbed by the rumor. In fact, she seems to be enjoying being linked up to her Subramanyam for Sale co-star.

Before the rumors are blown out of proportion, the Maanagaram actress has decided to clear the air with a strongly-worded statement. She denied being in a relationship with Sai Dharam. She adds, “We are just good friends. We share great chemistry onscreen and enjoy working together. The only love in my life right now is my work and if there is anything else, you will hear from me. Thank you for always cheering me on, it makes my work easier."
However, Regina does count Sai among her best buddies in Tollywood. At several instances, Regina and Sai Dharam have admitted that they're good friends and their camaraderie is evident from their banter on social media. Irked by the rumors, Sai, in 2017, jokingly said that he had married Regina in a secret wedding.
