New Delhi; The cabinet approved the Haryana Prevention of Illegal Conversion Rules, 2022 today.

There should be a process to carry out the provisions of the "Haryana Prevention of Illegal Conversion Act, 2022" to achieve its goals and fulfill its legal obligations.

In addition to other relevant procedural rules, necessary forms should be prescribed for this purpose. Without including such procedural provisions the objective of the Act cannot be fulfilled.

According to an official spokesperson, the draft "Haryana Prevention of Illegal Conversion Rules, 2022" has been approved.

The Act was earlier promulgated by the state government in March 2022 with the intention of preventing unauthorized conversion from one religion to another through misrepresentation, use of force, intimidation, undue influence, coercion, inducement, or any fraud, as well as through was passed from for marriage or marriage.
