New Delhi: After the Delhi Police's action against the wrestlers who were protesting at Jantar Mantar, politics has started on this. Congress leaders Rahul Gandhi, Priyanka, Mallikarjun Kharge have tweeted in support of the wrestlers, as well as criticized the police action. At the same time, news is coming that farmer leader Rakesh Tikait has also come in support of the wrestlers. Tikait is stuck at the Ghaziabad border. 

According to the report, Rakesh Tikait said that first the players will be released, then there will be a farewell from the border. He said that first the wrestlers should be released or we should also be arrested. Actually, Rakesh Tikait is trying to enter Delhi with his supporters, but the police are stopping him. Police say that due to the inauguration of the new Parliament building today, there are instructions to keep security tight, so that nothing untoward happens, the protesters were urged not to go towards Parliament, but when they did not agree,  they were detained.  

New Delhi: The Delhi Police has detained wrestlers who have been staging a month-long sit-in protest against former wrestling association president and BJP MP Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh at Jantar Mantar in Delhi. After this, their tents have also been removed from Jantar Mantar. The police took this action after taking out a march from Jantar Mantar towards the new Parliament House. Now after the wrestlers have been detained, the Tikri border of Delhi has once again been completely sealed as a precautionary measure. Delhi Police has closed all the entry routes to Delhi by putting barricades at the Tikri border.
