According to Forbes’ Worlds Best Employers rankings 2021, Reliance Industries, India’s largest company by revenues, profits and market valuation (M-Cap), is the best employer among Indian corporate.

Worldwide, Reliance Industries Limited was placed 52 among 750 corporates evaluated -ahead of Phillips, Sanofi, Pfizer, and Intel. Other Indian entities after Reliance Industries in the global top 100 rankings were ICICI Bank at 65, HDFC Bank at 77 and HCL Technologies at 90. Forbes partnered with market research conglomerate Statista for the survey conducted across 58 countries among 150,000 full-time and part-time workers of multi-national companies and institutions. Other Indian names in the top 100 rankings were 

ICICI Bank at 65, HDFC Bank at 77 and HCL Technologies at 90, according to the Forbes ranking. State Bank of India was placed at 119 and Larsen & Toubro at 127. Infosys was ranked at 588 and Tata Group at 746. Life Insurance Corp (LIC) was placed at 504.

The rankings are based on a large-scale survey where employees rated their employers on numerous points. South Korea’s Samsung Electronics topped the global rankings trailed by IBM at number 2, Microsoft at 3, Amazon at 4 and Apple at 5th spot.
