Foot pain is a problem that people of all ages are suffering from. Pain in the legs can occur in any part of the foot such as heel, thumb, ankle and sole. Inflammation caused by an injury can cause pain in the legs. Arthritis is also the main cause of pain occurring in the legs. You can use some home remedies to overcome this.

1. Vinegar:
Vinegar is used in various treatments and also relieves pain in the legs due to sprain or stretch. The use of vinegar also reduces the swelling in the foot. Take hot water in a tub and add a few drops of vinegar to it. Then keep the foot in for a while. This will give you quick relief from pain.
2. Rock Salt:
Rock salt helps to relieve your feet of pain. Rock salt contains magnesium which relieves pain immediately from the foot. Add 2 to 3 teaspoons of rock salt in warm water and keep the feet in it for 10 to 15 minutes. Rock salt can dry your feet, so apply moisturizer after soaking them. 3. Clove oil:
Clove oil is highly effective in treating headaches, joint pain and foot pain. For immediate relief, massage with clove oil on the legs. It enhances blood flow and relaxes the muscle stretch. If your skin is sensitive, add 3 to 4 drops of olive oil or coconut oil to clove oil and massage it on your feet.
4. Ice:
Ice therapy is a good way to reduce pain and get relief from swelling of the legs. Take the snowflakes in a small plastic bag and gently massage the pained part. Low ice temperature numbthepains for a while, thereby relieving pain in the legs. Make sure that you don't keep the ice pack in a painful place for more than 10 minutes, as it can cause skin and nerve damage.
