New Delhi: The popular Kiger compact SUV from French automaker Renault has been updated and is now available in India for Rs. 7.99 lakh (ex-showroom). The top-of-the-line RXZ trim level adds a few comforting features to the updated model. It competes with the entry-level Sigma version of the recently released Maruti Suzuki Fronx at that price point.
To stay current this year, Renault recently updated its entire lineup to be in compliance with BS6 Phase 2 emission norms. The automaker had increased the cost of its products as a result. This action had an effect on the Kiger, a capable compact SUV. To increase its appeal once more, the company has now released a revised RXT(O) variant with more features.
A chromed grille, "tri-octa pure vision" LED headlights, a clamshell bonnet, roof rails, skid plates, C-shaped wrap-around taillights, a shark-fin antenna, and 16-inch designer alloy wheels are all features of the Renault Kiger's RXT(O) variant.
