Franco-Japanese automobile manufacturer Renault- Nissan and American multinational automaker Ford are at the top rank in the list global shipping. Both the giant dealers are the enormous exporters from India.
This manipulation is taken under 'Make In India' project, which shows that Renault-Nissan is at the third position and Ford is at the fifth position. Both the companies have their manufacturing plant in India, which exports the majority of units to Europe, Africa, and the Middle East.
Managing Director of Renault-Nissan Colin MacDonald said, "For 2017, Renault-Nissan will continue to optimize production operations with a focus on Datsun redi-GO and Renault Kwid — currently the big-volume models in the Indian market. We are also gearing up for another new model launch this year. Apart from this, we will continue to support the ‘Make in India’ initiative.”
