The first teaser of its upcoming MPV Triber has been released by Renault India, which the company is going to launch globally in Delhi on June 19. Looking at the teaser picture, the MPV looks more like a lower SUV, similar to the front Captur and Kadjar SUVs that are selling globally. Let us know all the information in the details

The company will be given a wide bumper in the Renault Triber to attract customers, which will come with LED Day-time running lamps and chrome bits. It will also be powered by wide headlamps that come with a V-shaped grille and a large Renault badge. The Triber will also come with Roof Rails, which can be offered in the least top-variants. Renault will position its Triber over Kwid and can be priced at Rs 5.3 to Rs 8 lakh. The company will build the modified version on Kwid's CMF-A modular platform. The Triber can be given dual-tone interiors. It will also come with a large touchscreen system equipped with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Being a 7-seater in the third row, the company may also give AC vents.

For your information, the company can offer dual front airbags, ABS, rear parking sensors and a speed-warning system in Triber. Rear parking cameras can be offered in higher variants. The 1.0-liter BR10 three-cylinder petrol engine is also powered by the Kwid. The engine will deliver 7bhp more than the total power, which means it can get around 75bhp. The company is expected to launch it with a 5-speed manual transmission and AMT transmission options.
