Whenever there is the pain in the body, we take the painkiller, while instead of doing some simple massage. Due to today's unhealthy lifestyle, the diseases are increasing. During the work hours on the computer the fingers begin to feel pain, sometimes back pain is the result of working for long hours. 

People use pain killer to relieve this pain, which is harmful. If you have normal pain, massage yourself instead of a painkiller. If the fingers and wrists are the pain due to continuous typing on the computer then massage the hands. 

For this, pull fingers from one hand to the other side, pressing the palm for 5 seconds, it will give comfort to hands. If there is the pain in the feet, keep the feet on the tennis ball and keep the feet back and forth. 

Do it with both legs. This also provides relief from stress. Should have a shoulder and waist pain then use the tennis ball. If you have a shoulder pain, put the tennis ball in the middle of the shoulder and then push the ball slightly by hand and back and forth. Do this in 5 minutes. This will give relief to the muscles and the pain will go away.
