In Punjab's Sangrur, the repolling at the booth number 39 is underway of the Punjab Assembly elections.
The Election Commission on Tuesday declared that re-polling will be held in 48 polling stations in Punjab's Amritsar, Majitha, Moga, Muktsar, Sardulgarh, and Sangrur.
The decision was taken as the polling in these stations got disturbed due to the malfunctioning of the Voter-Verified Audit Paper Trail (VVPAT) and Electronic Voting Machines.
The Punjab Assembly elections held on February 4 whose result will be declared on 11 March.
