Ujjain: In Ujjain city of Madhya Pradesh, Mahakal's Prasad Laddu is special. The laddu has been given a five-star hygiene rating. Up to 50 quintals of laddus are prepared daily. In this, we do not earn any kind of profit nor bear any kind of loss. The laddus are prepared near the Chintaman Ganesh temple, about 7 km from the Mahakal temple. There are two air cutters installed at the entry gate.
That is why 90 percent of the flies and other insects remain outside. There are inject light killers inside the entry gate so that the fly-mosquito that has somehow come in can be eliminated here. Rate killer pads have been kept to catch the rats. It is cleaned with a constant sweep. Every employee puts a mask and a cap on his head.
