Mathura: Asensational incident has come to light in Uttar Pradesh's Mathura district. A young man killed a girl only because his friendship was turned down by the girl. The case pertains to Nagla Bohra village under highway police station area. On Sunday evening, the boy stabbed a girl to death and seriously injured the girl's mother. It is being told that the boy had sent a request from the girl to become friends on Facebook. When the girl refused, the boy got angry and killed the girl and also injured the girl's woman who had gone to save her.  

Inspector Ajay Kaushal, in-charge of the police station, said that a case of murder and attempt to murder has been registered against the accused on the complaint of the father of the deceased. According to the complaint, the youth had sent a request to the girl to become friends on Facebook, which the girl did not accept. Superintendent of Police (City) Martand Prakash Singh said that tejveer Singh, a retired army man from Village Nagla Bohra under Highway police station area, is a security guard in a factory in Faridabad. He wasn't at home late Sunday. In the evening, a youth ravi from Kukda village of Thana Mandi area of Muzaffarnagar reached his house with a wedding card.

The boy had hidden a knife in the wedding card. As soon as Tejveer Singh's 16-year-old daughter came into the room, the accused took out a knife from the card and hit her several times. This caused the victim to fall there, screaming. Hearing her daughter's screams, her mother Sunita rushed to the room. The girl's mother was also stabbed by Ravi with a knife, which hit her on her shoulder and waist. Not only this, he himself attempted suicide with a knife and hit himself. Deputy Superintendent of Police Dharmendra Chauhan said that the girl died on the spot. Her mother has been admitted to the city hospital. The woman's condition is said to be critical. At the same time, the accused Ravi is also undergoing treatment at the district hospital.
