New Delhi: IPL team Kings XI Punjab head coach Michael Hussey resigns from his post. He has applied for the coach of the Indian team. Besan announced his resignation in a tweet. Besan was associated with the team for ten months. According to Sources, He is seen as a strong contender for the post of Coach of Team India.

Pakistan also did not extend the tenure of the team's head coach Mickey Arthur and has seen Michael Hussey as a big contender for Pakistan's coach position. Among the biggest contenders for Team India's coach position are Ravi Shastri, Tom Moody and Mike Hayson. The interview for the post of Coach of Team India will be held around 15th August and will be followed by the name of the candidate. Michael Hussey, who quit as coach of Punjab, wrote about the team that I enjoyed working with this franchise.
