Resort politics Back to Karnataka, now BJP hides its MLAs

Bengaluru: The resort's politics return to Karnataka The Congress-JDS alliance and the opposition Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) are keeping an eye on their MLAs ahead of a possible confidence vote in the assembly. He fears the horse-trading of MLAs. Earlier, 13 out of 79 Congress MLAs have resigned from the Assembly. The Congress has sent about 50 of its legislators to the Clark Exotica Convention Resort on the outskirts of the city.

On the other hand, former Karnataka CM and veteran Congress leader Siddaramaiah, Deputy CM G. God and other ministers are staying in their residence in the city. Legislators coming from outside and adjoining constituencies of Bengaluru have been shifted to the resort, though many MLAs have stayed behind the Assembly building at Vidhan Saudh in the city centre. Congress spokesperson Ravi Gowda told the media: "The BJP has already put Dora on about a dozen MLAs to destabilize the coalition government under its Operation Kamal. We have transported about 50 party MLAs to the Clark Exotica Convention resort outside the city."

The JD(S) is also keeping an eye on its nearly 30 MLAs at the Golfshire resort near Nandi Hills. The THREE JDS MLAs have been staying at the resort since July 7 after three JDS MLAs resigned and left Mumbai on July 6. BJP spokesperson G.K. Singh said that the government is not in Madhusudan said, "We have been forced to send our MLAs to a resort to consult and discuss them in one place and prevent them from holding talks with any Congress and JDS leaders."
