In today's time, you will hardly find such people who do not eat cheese. Everyone likes cheese and it is very good for health. Today we have brought the restaurant-style Chili Paneer Recipe. 

Necessary Ingredients -

Paneer - 250 grams
Oil - As Required
Refined flour - 1 to 2 teaspoons
Corn flour - 1 to 2 teaspoons
Salt - 1 tsp to be added to the solution
Green chilli - cut into 6 to 7 small pieces
Garlic - 6 buds, finely chopped
Onion - 3
Ginger paste - 1 teaspoon
Capsicum - 1
Tomatoes - 1
Soya Sauce - 1 teaspoon
Red Chili Sauce - 1 teaspoon
Tomato Sauce - 2 Tablespoons
White vinegar - 1 teaspoon
Salt - as per taste
Oil - 3 tablespoons

Method of preparation- First prepare the batter by mixing maida, cornflour, salt and water in a bowl. Now pour oil in the pan to heat up. After this, by dipping the paneer well in the batter, stir fry in oil. After this, take out the paneer, now take the oil separately in the same pan. Now when the oil is hot, add ginger, garlic and green chillies and fry it for a while. Now after roasting it well add chopped onions. Now after 1 minute add capsicum and tomatoes and fry them all on low heat for 2-3 minutes. Now add soya sauce, white vinegar, red chilli sauce, tomato sauce, salt and fried paneer pieces to the prepared spices and saute them for 2-3 minutes. Restaurant-style chilli paneer is ready.
