Indore: Instructions have been issued by the state government to keep a lockdown in Indore city on Sunday to prevent and prevent covid virus infection. As per the state Government, the Indore City Municipal Corporation has announced restrictive orders today under section 144 of the Criminal Procedure Code 1973 by the collector and District Magistrate Shri Manish Singh to keep the lockdown every Sunday in the border area. The collector, Shri Manish Singh has earlier announced a rule for the closure of shops and business institutions in Indore city from 10 am to 6 pm every day, keeping in view the said order, keeping in view the day-to-day increase in the number of corona patients.

According to the order issued, the Indore City Municipal Corporation is going to remain on lockdown every Sunday in the border area. The continuous lockdown is going to continue from 10 am to 6 pm on Saturday night. Restrictions for the lockdown period will not be imposed on workers, workers, and activities of industrial units and there is no restriction on transportation of raw materials and finished products of industrial units. For medical facilities and transportation of sick persons, passengers coming from airport/railway station/bus stand, students of examination / competitive examination like PSC, etc. are also being given permission to travel and appear in the city. But city buses running inside the city are going to be closed. As per the demand of the PSC office for the convenience of the competitive students appearing in the PSC examination, the required buses are run by AICTSL at the designated places. In the Indore City Municipal Corporation border area, public transport like buses is being allowed to move out inside the city. In the period of the said lockdown, all hospitals, medicine shops are going to remain open. The milk is being supplied only till 10 o'clock on Sunday. All mandis of Indore City like Choitharam Mandi, Cantonment, and Laxmibai grain Mandi will remain closed and fruits/vegetable handcart/shops, ration shops, etc., are going to remain completely closed on Sundays.

Public transport such as buses is being allowed to move in and out of the city in the Indore city municipal corporation area. All hospitals, medicine shops will remain open during the said lockdown period. Milk is being supplied only till 10 am on Sunday. All the mandis of Indore city like Choithram Mandi, Cantonment, and Laxmibai Grain Market will remain closed and fruit/vegetable carts/shops, ration shops, etc. will remain completely closed on Sunday.

Various transport cities like Lohamandi, Siaganj, Dewas Naka, etc. have also been ordered to be completely closed from 10 am to 6 pm on Saturday night, but on other days of the week, this transport city loading / un-loading work is done at night. Will remain operational even after 10 o'clock. So that business activities are not adversely affected on other days of the week. An order has been issued to keep this transport city closed from Saturday 10 am to 6 am Monday.

A large number of students who appear for the PSC Competition Examination will come to Indore city on Sunday. By showing the admission card for these exams, these students will be able to come to the city of Indore with their parents from their own vehicle or public transport bus/train. The entire executive magistrate, who has a duty with thanwar or another police officer for the Covid, is going to be in effect from Sunday morning.

On Sunday, the entire club, garden, has been announced to be closed. Unnecessary movement in the city will not be done by the public. If it is found by the police that unnecessary movement is going to be done by somebody, stringent action will be taken. All petrol pumps in the Indore Municipal Corporation border area will remain closed in the lockdown period (Saturday from 10 am to 6 pm). This order will remain in effect with immediate effect. Violation of the said orders shall come under the category of an offense punishable under section 188 of IPC.
