Rewa: A young man who went missing four years ago from Rewa district of Madhya Pradesh has been reported to be imprisoned in Lahore, Pakistan. There is no information about how this young man reached Pakistan. The Union Home Department sought documents relating to the young man, which has been sent to him. According to sources, the list of Indians imprisoned in Pakistani jails came to the Indian government, with the name of Anil Saket, a 24-year-old youth from Rewa.

Anil is said to be a resident of Sahadna village under Naigarhi police station area of Rewa district. Anil went missing from Rewa on January 15, 2015. The family then filed a report at the police station, but nothing was revealed. Anil is now reported to be imprisoned in Lahore, Pakistan, leaving his family.

According to sources, the Union Home Department had asked for various documents pertaining to Anil to confirm that Anil Rewa, a resident of the district of Lahore, was closed. Rewa Superintendent of Police Abid Khan also told the media on Thursday that the Indian government had asked for information relating to Anil which had been sent. A man named Anil is lodged in Lahore jail in Pakistan.
