After the end of the group stage, the ICC has announced umpires and match officials for the two semi-finals of the World Cup on Sunday. While the third umpire in the match between India and New Zealand will be Australia's Road Tudkar. England's Nizil Long will be the fourth umpire and former Australian international cricketer David Boon will be the referee in the first semi-final match.

The second semi-final between defending champions Australia and host England will be played at Edgbaston on Thursday. Sri Lanka's Kumar Dharamsena and South Africa's Marais Erasmus are likely to be seen in the role of field umpires. The semi-finalists will face each other in the final on July 14. India currently remains first in the points table, Australia second, England third and New Zealand fourth.
