A motion poster of bollywood film superstarranbir kapoor and Alia Bhat upcoming film 'Brahmastra' was launched. The event took place at Tyagaraj Stadium in Delhi. Alia Bhatt, Ranbir Kapoor and Ayan Mukerji appeared on the programme. Ranbir Kapoor remembered his father and late actor Rishi Kapoor at the launch event. The actor said that today I am extremely reminded of my father. He looked very emotional at that time as he recalled the moment he spent with his father Rishi Kapoor. He said that my father was looking for me when I signed this film.

He added, "I remember him fighting me and Ayan because of the production of this movie and asking us what you were doing, who takes so much time to make the film. Who spends so much money. Ranbir you won't make a penny from this film, who will watch VFX  film in India? No one in India watches VFX films. He further said, "I am sure he is, I hope he is proud of me and he is smiling. I want to give them a small tribute whether you will join me. Then Ranbir said Rishi Kapoor's iconic dialogue, 'Did you love anyone' and the crowd replied, "I did too."

Tell us that Ranbir Kapoor will play Shiva in 'Brahmastra' who has super natural power. After the launch of the motion poster, Ayan said, "I know the word superhero is used with films and it is in jenner, but my film is not about superheroes. This is an adventure fantasy film. Shiva represents the gods. This is the story of a normal boy who was born with some amazing powers. Apart from Ranveer Alia, the film stars Dimple Kapadia, Amitabh Bachchan and Mouni Roy in lead roles.
