Patna: In Bihar's Muzaffarpur girl child case, the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has written a letter to the Chief Secretary of the state recommending action against 25 District Magistrates and 46 other government officials. Along with this, 52 private people and NGOs of the state are also being blacklisted and recommended to cancel their registration.
