New Delhi: Recently, a statement of senior Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) leader Shivanand Tiwari has sparked the debate. Recently, the Congress has reacted to his statement. The Congress on Monday said, 'Shivanand is a senior RJD leader and he should give a thoughtful statement'. Today, on Monday itself, Congress leader Tariq Anwar said, 'RJD is a regional party and its scope is limited to Bihar. Rahul Gandhi has said that he will keep coming here whenever he needs Bihar. He did this as well. They cannot act like RJD leaders.

Since the defeat of RJD in Bihar, these allegations and counter-allegations have been seen. On Sunday, Shivanand Tiwari said, 'Congress contested 70 seats but did not hold 70 meetings. When the election campaign in Bihar was at its peak, Rahul Gandhi was having a picnic even Priyanka Gandhi did not come to campaign.

Along with this, he also said, 'Rahul Gandhi should learn from Prime Minister Narendra Modi that even though he is older than him, he did four rallies in one day.' Due to this statement, Shivanand came under attack from BJP also. In a tweet, Union Minister Giriraj Singh said, "Regarding Rahul Gandhi ji, senior leader of the RJD, an ally of the Grand Alliance in Bihar, Shivanand Tiwari says that Rahul Gandhi is a non-serious tourist politician. Shivanand ji has come to know Rahul ji more than Obama. Still why is the Congress silent? '
