Patna: On the one hand in the politics of Bihar, there is a dispute in the NDA alliance. With the statement of RJD leader Shyam Rajak, heat has come again in the politics here. Rajak has claimed that the MLAs of JDU are upset with the BJP's style of functioning and want to topple the NDA government of Bihar. He has said that 17 JDU MLAs are in touch with RJD and they will soon join RJD.

According to the media report, RJD leader and former minister Shyam Rajak has claimed that 17 MLAs of JDU are in touch with RJD through him and they want to join Prasad Yadav's party soon. Rajak said that all these MLAs are very upset with the BJP's style of functioning and hence they want to leave the party and join the RJD. He further said that these MLAs have been stopped at present, stating the reason for this, Shyam Rajak said that if 17 MLAs join RJD, their membership can be revoked under the anti-defection law.

He cited the constitution saying that if 25 to 26 MLAs of the JDU leave the party and join the RJD under the anti-defection law, their membership will not be affected. Razak said that in such a situation, he is waiting that some more JDU MLAs will decide to leave the party and join the RJD.
