Lucknow: Party President Jayant Chaudhary has put an end to speculation of an alliance between the Congress and the Rashtriya Lok Dal (RLD) ahead of the proposed assembly elections in Uttar Pradesh. Addressing a parivartan sandesh rally at Thana Bhawan in Shamli, Uttar Pradesh, RLD National President Jayant Chaudhary has ruled out an electoral alliance with the Congress saying that seat talks with samajwadi party (SP) are in the final stages. He said this is the last year of farmers' problems.
Jayant Chaudhary further said that the time has come to eliminate the problems faced by farmers under the BJP government and this will be the last crushing season of farmers' problems. Because people have made up their mind that in 2022, the BJP government has to be thrown out of power in the state. He accused the BJP government in the state of never doing good to any poor or farmer. This government thinks of the interests of capitalists.
Chaudhary Jayant further said that farmers have been agitating against agricultural bills for over a year and the state government is not listening to anyone. The winter has resumed. But the state government is busy crushing farmers, doing injustice to the victims and running bulldozers on the homes of the poor. So this arrangement has to change. He said the time has come to shake the foundation of this government and overthrow the BJP from the power of the state.
