Actor Roopa Ganguly, who plays Draupadi in BR Chopra's Mahabharata played many characters in her career, but Draupadi's role got her recognized. Roopa was also counted among the most beautiful actresses of that era. But do you know Roopa Ganguly was made fun of on the set of Mahabharata. She was called fat. It is not disclosed by anyone else but Roopa Ganguly herself. Roopa Ganguly told that on the set of Mahabharata, all including Ravi Chopra used to call her fat.  Roopa said "he used to say, "Moti come here".

I started maintaining my diet because of this. That's why I thought I would drink soup and concentrate on eating. I was served soup on the set. But the food used to be very tasty that after eating my soup and diet food, I used to eat the food which was made for everyone.  Roopa Ganguly said that I used to have lunch twice, that's why my weight started increasing more. There have been many changes in the looks of Roopa Ganguly since then. When she was young, she used to apply pink lipstick.

But today she calls it terrible. Roopa had long hair before but now she keeps bob cut. Roopa Ganguly said- I used to take a lot of time to set hair on the set of Mahabharata. My hair was very long then. When I had to keep my hair open for the role, it used to take a lot of time. On Bob's cut, Roopa Ganguly said- Whoever loves their hair should not come into politics. Your hair will be pulled, you will be pushed on the road. After this, you will get your hair cut yourself.
