Chandigarh: Roti bank has now started In Faridabad district of Haryana. The bread bank aims to provide food to the poor, destitute. It was inaugurated by ADGP Srikanth of South Range at Faridabad. The general public can also help poor people through the Roti Bank in Faridabad. Under this, if one wants to feed the poor, destitute people, they can deposit Roti in the roti bank located in Sector 17.
In addition, financial assistance to the poor can also be provided through Bread Bank. Speaking on the occasion, ADGP of South Range, Shrikant said that it is a shared effort of the police and the public and it is for the benefit of the people. It has been launched by ADGP Srikanth of Haryana Police at Sector 17 of Roti Bank Faridabad. Though it is already operating roti bank in many districts of Haryana, it has been launched by the police and locals in Faridabad with mutual support. The ADGP has urged the people of the city to donate bread only from their homes. The vegetable provided with roti will be made in Sector 17.
The ADGP has made this arrangement in the housing societies and police lines of Faridabad. There, the police car will collect bread and give it to the needy. The ADGP has said that the question is common in our homes as to what will be made in food today. But in many people's homes, the question is whether food can be consumed today or not. With this, the Roti Bank has been started in Faridabad to ensure at least one meal for the poor people.
