Ankara [Turkey], May 9 (NT): Iranian Pres Hassan Rouhani on Tuesday asserted Tehran will discuss with the other signatories of a multinational nuclear deal, bypassing Washington as ANI reported.

Rouhani called the US pulling out the landmark deal "unacceptable", according to Al Jazeera.

His remarks came after US President Donald Trump withdrew the deal also known as the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA).

Rouhani stated the deal will stay in place, if we pull off the deal's goals in cooperation with other members of the pact, slamming America. He said that it has undermined its commitment to a global treaty.

The foreign ministry is to talk with the European countries, China and Russia in coming weeks, Pres Rouhani noted.

The Iranian President further attacked at the US saying it has done not anything except put signatures on empty pieces of paper.

On Tuesday United States President Donald Trump announced the US extraction from the JCPOA or Iran nuclear deal.

President Trump asserted that he will ink a presidential memorandum to begin replacing U.S. nuclear sanctions on Iran.

On a related note Under the pact signed in Vienna in 2015 with six world powers including the US, UK, France, Germany, Russia, China and the European Union - Iran pledged not to pursue nuclear weapons while extent support of its uranium enrichment programme.
