Abu Dhabi: Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) and Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) will clash in Sharjah on Monday in the eliminator match of the 14th season of IPL. For both RCB and Kolkata, which is in the process of regaining their lost reputation, is no less than a 'do or die.' The crucial match will begin at 7:30 pm Indian time.

The losing team in the eliminator will be out of the IPL title battle. While the winning team will play in Qualifier-2, they will take on Delhi Capitals (DC), who have been beaten in qualifier-1 on October 13. Chennai Super Kings (CSK) have already made it to the final. So far, there have been 28 matches between RCB and KKR in IPL, out of which Kolkata have won 15 matches, while RCB has won 13. Coming to the last 5 encounters, RCB has had a heavy continuity, they have beaten KKR in 4.

RCB is confident after winning his final league match against Delhi Capitals with a six off the last ball. They finished third in the point table with 18 points in 14 matches. on the other hand, KKR won 5 out of 7 matches in the UAE stage after a sluggish first leg performance and finished fourth with 14 points. Morgan's team made it to the playoffs with a massive 86-run win over Rajasthan Royals (RR) and will continue to maintain their rhythm.
