RPF senior DSC NN Jha told the media that the incidents of robbery in the moving train were continuously increasing. At the same time, a similar incident happened with the lady Chief Ticket Inspector in Railways. A CTI named Alam Khan who sat in Bhopal Shatabdi to go from New Delhi railway station to Bhopal on 23 September and as soon as the train left the railway platform at around 6 am, a rogue boarded the running train and escaped after robbing the woman's bag. This incident was recorded on CCTV.

RPF arrested this miscreant and identified it as 24-year-old Danish alias Pappay, who hails from Bijnor, Uttar Pradesh.
