Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) is to start the fee refund process for the RRB Group D 2018 examination. The fees would be refunded only for the candidates who have appeared for the RRB Group D CBT examination.

According to the report, As many as 1.18 crore candidates have reportedly appeared for the RRB Group D Computer Based Test 2018. The complete fee (minus the bank charges) for reserved category candidates and Rs. 400 for the general category candidates would be refunded to those who have appeared in the exam.

The fee refund would be initiated in a phased manner. The fee would be refunded to the bank account. Candidates who have not provided a bank account number may be provided with an opportunity to update the information.

Indian Railways’ RRB had conducted the RRB Group D CBT across 4 months from September 17 to December 17, 2018. As many as 62,907 posts would be filled by means of the RRB Group D 2018 recruitment process.

From the 1.18 crore candidates who appeared, as many as 1.8 lakh candidates were shortlisted. The next round is the PET round. Admit cards for RRB Group D PET is now available on the respective RRC websites. The RRB Group D PET examinations would begin tentative from March 25 across.
