Kochi: A Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) worker was killed in a clash between two factions in Alappuzha, Kerala. This incident is from Vayalar in Cherthala. The 'Social Democratic Party of India (SDPI)' took out a rally on Wednesday in which violence took place. 6 people have also been injured in this. In this, 22-year-old RSS worker Nandu Krishna has been killed. The police has assured to register a case against the SDPI workers in this case.

Nandu Krishna was made the local head of the Sangha at Vayalar. Nandu, the branch head of the Sangh, was admitted to Ernakulam Hospital for treatment, where he died. Police have increased security after this incident, as the BJP has declared a day-long strike. The incident happened at Nagamkulangra railway station at night. The rally was taken out in the afternoon, but in the evening violence took place after the protests.

It is being told that some controversial remarks were made at the SDPI rally against which Hindu activists were protesting. A partner of Nandu was also attacked with a knife, who is undergoing treatment. BJP Cherthala constituency president Abhilash Mparampil alleges that the incident was carried out only in the presence of the police. SDPI is a political organization of 'Popular Front of India (PFI)'.

This whole case is related to the Kerala rally of Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath, which took place on Sunday. During that time also the SDPI people shouted provocative slogans and thereafter protests were being held. All these were carrying out a boycott campaign against Chief Minister Yogi. When the RSS activists objected to the inflammatory rhetoric, the activists were attacked. 3 other RSS workers have also been injured.
