According to Ukrainian intelligence, most members of the Russian elite are currently evacuating their relatives and loved ones from Moscow to Georgia, Israel, and the United Arab Emirates.

"The Russian Federation's senior political leadership continues to be terrified, and President Vladimir Putin's level of mistrust is rising. According to Ukrayinska Pravda, "most members of the Russian elite are opting to transfer their relatives and loved ones from Moscow to Georgia, Israel, and the United Arab Emirates, and are identifying sites of shelter in case of a nuclear war."

From a conversation between Artur Rushanovich Lyukmanov, the Russian Embassy's advisor-envoy in the United States, and an anonymous person named Vladislav Lutsenko, the likelihood of a nuclear battle (not war) is present, although minor.

At the same time, Russian President Vladimir Putin, according to Lutsenko, has already lost the battle with Ukraine. The Russian President is also thought to have "lost his wits" and his condition is "inadequate," the report read.

Dmytro Kuleba, Ukraine's Foreign Minister, has warned that Russia may resort to provocation if the country's own rockets stationed in Ukraine are pointed at Russian territory. "Worrying reports: Russians may have targeted numerous rocket-launching systems at their own land near the Russian border hamlet of Popovka," Kuleba wrote on Twitter.
