In the Rusian Open (Grand Prix) held in VLADIVOSTOK, Russia Indian shuttlers managed to get in the end game. Ruthvika Shivani (rank 4) got a 22-20 21-13 over the rank 2 player who was a local favourite Ksenia Polikarpova.  The semifinal lasted only for 30 Minutes. In the Finals she will take over Russian  Evgeniya Kosetskaya.

On the other hand Siril Verma won his way through the semi final against  Anatoliy Yartsev in a 32 minute battle over the summit. He will face rank 1 Zulfadli Zulkiffli of Malaysia in the final game.

Also the mixed double Indian player  N Sikki Reddy and Pranaav Jerry Chopra won the semi final with an easy 21-11 21-17 win over local duo of Anatoliy Yartsev and Evgeniya Kosetskaya.

They will battle against the Russian pair of  Vladimir Ivanov and Valeria Sorokina for the title.
