Within the last 30 days, 5 such films have been released in Bollywood, which were quite successful by making a strong collection at the box office. Bollywood has earned Rs 700 crores in just one month and this includes films like 'Mission Mangal', 'Batla House', 'Saaho', 'Chhichhore' and 'Dream Girl'. Five films have been released from August 15, Independence Day to four Fridays, which are successful at the box office.

Akshay Kumar's 'Mission Mangal' and John Abraham's film 'Batla House' were released on 15 August this year. By the end of August, 'Bahubali' fame Prabhas starrer 'Saaho' was released and was a hit. 'Chhichhore' along with 'Saaho' was also scheduled to be released on August 30, due to which the two films were expected to collide, but this did not happen. Sushant Singh Rajput and Shraddha Kapoor starrer 'Chhichhore' hit theaters on September 6 and the film grossed Rs 7.32 crore on its first day. 'Dream Girl' came just a week after this. The film starring Ayushmann Khurrana has recently joined the 100 crore club.

As reported by Money Control.com, 'Mission Mangal' did a business of around 200 crores, 'Batla House' grossed around 100 crores, 'Saaho' may have flopped in South, but it's Hindi version has earned 50 Crores. 'Chhichhore' has joined the 150 crores club.
