Monday, June 6, 2016:A Mumbai court today will hear the bail plea of 2008 Malegaon blast blamed Sadhvi Pragya Singh Thakur.

As, on May 30, Prashant Maggu,the lawyer of Pragya filed the bail plea after the National Investigation Agency has decided to fall her name from the list of accused in its charge-sheet.

NIA on May 13, decided not to name Pragya in its charge-sheet in association with the casing.

The NIA in its charge-sheet suggested discharging four accused - Sadhvi Pragya Singh Thakur, Shyam Sahu, Praveen Takkalki and Shiv Narayan Kalsangra - saying there was no proof to act against them.
