Sadhu saints had expressed their displeasure: The devotees, including sage saints, also expressed their displeasure over the imperative of the SOP and covid Negative Report of the Central and State Government issued for covid amid the Kumbh Mela. The sage saints clearly said that, as soon as the name of Kumbh comes in, the government is imposing many restrictions, while in many states of the country, preparations are being made for election fast, where the government does not see the shadow of covid.

Devasthanam Management Board Act will be revisited: It has been learned that CM Tirath Singh Rawat said that his government is going to reconsider the Devasthanam Management Board Act as well. Under this Act, the government of the former Trivendra Rawat had decided to take over the maintenance, basic facilities, and infrastructural facilities of 55 temples including Badrinath, Kedarnath, Gangotri, and Yamunotri located in the state. As for this, the CM said, "I will try to find priests of these temples by talking to the priests of the Devasthanams Board.
