The #MeToo movement has gained momentum in Bollywood and many celebrities has been exposed under this movement. Recently music composer and singer Anu Malik decided to step down as the Indian Idol 10 judge post being accused of sexual harassment.

After allegations on Anu Malik, Sony had officially issued a statement in which Anu Malik has been asked to step down as the judge and will be replaced by other prominent personalities . Now, according to reports,music director duo, Salim-Sulaiman is to first guest to replace Anu Malik as a judge on the panel. It might be possible that judges will replaced every week while Neha Kakkar and Vishal Dadlani  will continue with their existing positions as judge.

Earlier, Anu Malik issued a statement in which he said that he has decided to take a break from Indian Idol as he is currently unable to focus on his work on the show. The channel has been kind to agree for the same.

The trouble began for Anu Malink when singer Shweta Pandit and Sona Mohapatra and two other women who requested to be anonymous accused him of sexual harassment.

After the shocking revelation of Tansuhree Dutta, the #MeToo movement got sparked in India and many including Sajid Khan, Alok Nath, Rajat Kapoor, Kailash Kher and many more got accused of sexual harassment.
