Salman Khan lead Fiji to record highest Bollywood movie

Bollywood actor Salman Khan and actress Katrina Kaif starrer Tiger Zinda Hai continues to shatter records at the worldwide box office. After setting new benchmarks at the domestic market, the espionage thriller has achieved a new milestone in Fiji by becoming the highest Bollywood grosser there. The film has beaten biggies like Dangal, Golmaal Again, Prem Ratan Dhan Payo and Dilwale to become the top grosser at the Fiji box office. Trade analyst Taran Adarsh confirmed the news on his Twitter account. The Ali Abbas Zafar directorial venture has already crossed the Rs 400 crore mark at the global box office and is now expected shatter more records. Coming to the domestic market, Tiger Zinda Hai will soon enter the Rs 300 crore club and will be Salman’s third film to do so after Bajrangi Bhaijaan and Sultan. Talking about the huge success of the film Salman Khan said, “For us, it is the audiences love and reactions that matter the most, and we feel overwhelmed with the love that Tiger Zinda Hai has garnered.”

Tiger Zinda Hai crossed 392.502 Crores and emerged as the highest grosser ever in Fiji, Aamir Khan movie ‘Dangal’ who earned Rs. 343.26 Crores which is nearly 50 crores less when compares with Salman Khan movie.
