Salman Khan has won the hearts of the audience with his screen presence. The actor made his debut with the  1988 movie Biwi Ho To Aisi in a supporting role and later bagged the main role in Sooraj Barjatya’s romantic film Maine Pyar Kiya opposite Bhagyashree. Over the years Salman gained a lot of popularity and won many hearts. The actor also won many awards in the last thirty years, but he was never nominated for the prestigious National Award. Now, in an interview the Dabangg actor said that he don’t need a national award.

In an interview,  When the actor was asked if he should get a National Award in an interview, Salman Khan said, “I don’t want a National Award or any other award. I just want rewards. I get my National Award when people go to the theatres to watch my films. There’s no award bigger than the entire nation watching my film.”

Salman Khan is currently busy promoting his upcoming film Bharat with lead actress Katrina Kaif.  The film is slated to release on June 5th this year and also stars Disha Patani, Sunil Grover,Tabu and Jackie Shroff in important roles.
