According to the the report, Salman Khan's mother, Salma Khan, owns the land, and the plan to develop the hotel was submitted in her name more than a year ago. According to the plans, the hotel will have three levels of basements, with a café and a restaurant on the first and second floors. The third story will include a gym and a swimming pool, while the fourth floor will be utilized for service.
