Samantha Akkineni is all set to get back on sets after a gap of five months as she gets ready to shoot an ad for an e-commerce site. Samantha’s father in law Nagarjuna also made a return to sets as he shot sequences for the reality show Bigg Boss 4, which he is hosting. She has also been busy with the wedding of Rana and Miheeka which took place recently. With all the personal commitments done and dusted, she will get back to work by taking all the necessary precautions and following the guidelines given by the government.

On professional front, Samantha will be next seen sharing the screen space with Nayanthara in Director Vignesh Shivan’s Kaathuvaakula Rendu Kaadhal. She is reportedly in talks for the Telugu remake of the Kannada film, Dia and a biopic about the Kannada music artist Nagarathnamma. Samantha will also play the titular role in Ashwin Saravanan’s horror thriller and will also make her debut as the antagonist in the web series The Family Man, Season two.
